On the ground floor there is parking for 2 cars and room for a small boat. The entrance hall leads to a laundry room fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor there is a downstairs shower room, and a cloak room.
The main area of the downstairs is used by the open plan Kitchen/Dining area and Living room. The Kitchen contains all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Falcon Range. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, but has the option to extend to seat another 2 people. Whilst relaxing on the 2 sofas guests can enjoy the luxery of a full Sky package on a flat screen TV, or just relax in front of the large log burning fire.
The staircase leads to a landing from which 3 double bedrooms and an up stairs living room lead. The living room has great sea views, comofortable sofas and once again the full Sky package on a 42" plasma TV with DVD player. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with shower, WC and hand basin. Another 42" Tv with Sky package. Bedrooms 2 and 3 converted from doubles to singles to suit the guests needs.
The main bathroom is up the stairs and contains a conventional bath. It is exceptionally furnished and has terrace which gives spectacular views of the village.
The third level brings you outside to the gardens. The first area is currently pebbled and this leads to the final top level. This level is decked and has wooden garden furniture. It is up here that the most admirable views of St Davids Bay can be had!
